Create the Life You Want and Build It with Don Hobbs

Jim Rohn. Tony Robbins. Success.com.

He's blessed them all...

Several years ago we shook hands at an event in Dallas, Texas.

He was one of the featured speakers and there I was... the emcee.

Time evolved, and we reconnected through a mutual friend on a text that was sent by accident…

He had already made a tremendous impact beginning decades ago running Jim Rohn’s company and working right alongside Tony Robbins.

As one would have it, he was carving out his own personal path with a tailwind on his side from the blessing of learning from arguably the best ever in the personal development space

When we touched base again, he was President of Success Magazine and building what would evolve on a continuum in the real estate sector.

He cares and lives the principles of development.

The messages resonate.

The kind of wisdom that gets ya all giddy if you value growth and development…

There are only a handful of legends that still get acknowledgement for their work, I would say this man is a part of that category.

I’ve been around lots and lots of high profile and successful individuals and this gentleman would take the shirt off his back to show you he cares.

Whether he is building his company or out coaching and speaking one thing is true, he won’t be slowing down anytime soon because he’s living in his purpose and essence of life.

A few words of his from this episode...

“To me today, 70 is the new 50”

He continues to talk about the limits of age and how the statistics suggest opposite of what we’ve come to hear and understand…

He came up in an era where 6 figures was a lot of money as he states…

A collection of lessons at an early age that began to pave the path forward into subsequent successes.

During our conversation, I ask him about getting clear and how it applies to moving along on your own journey without being concerned what other people think.

Don Hobbs is who I have the pleasure of building up for this one.

Here are some of the bits of delightful wisdom he sends our way in this conversation…

“You gotta have some pull”

“There is a healing part because sometimes we are so hurt”

“Some people get attached to the story”

He’s helping us build and create our lives in real times on today’s show, we move around the word destiny and also the power of self talk and beliefs and how not having supporting beliefs can keep you from accomplishing that which you desire…

Here on the Always on the GROW Podcast we do all that we can to help you feel that pull into your fullest potential!

One of the things I enjoyed hearing and a mention of a friend of his and what he says…

“We grow through what we go through.”

WOW!

This is really just the tip of the iceberg as we are able to cover a lot of ground in this conversation.

He was kind enough to jump on and invest his time with us from Puerto Rico.

We turn a corner at the second half of the show and open up the playbook on his early days running Jim Rohn’s company and how that process started.

Not to mention he shares key, absolutely great insights that he learned by sharing so much quality space and time with Jim along the way…

Thanks for being her for another show with the Always on the GROW Podcast and the kindest people with open hearts wanting to share their best in this time and space we create together…How about a few important ideas shared in this conversation:

  • Behaviors that instead of putting us in prison, put us in the broke house.

  • We judge ourselves?

  • How to do something in half the time…

Don is empowering people from all around the world and shines his light on the masses with his get down to the root of it mentality, and philosophical attitude that drives divine work with measurable tactics that scale the best possible results.

Watch our time together in the video above – we hope you enjoy.
